2. Eligibility

Available to registered Hakeems, Herbalists, Doctors of Natural Medicine, Nutritionists, and qualified professionals.

3. Service Description
  • Digital patient registration
  • Prescription and history management
  • Medicine inventory management
  • Financial reporting
  • Secure access online
4. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are monthly, 6-month, or yearly. Payment must be made in advance.

5. User Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Avoid uploading harmful/illegal data
6. Data Privacy & Ownership

All data is securely stored on VPS (Hostinger). See our Privacy Policy for more.

7. Availability & Downtime

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Account Termination
  • At user request
  • After subscription expiry
  • Violation of terms
9. Modifications to Service or Terms

Dawakhana.com.pk may update terms/services. Major changes will be notified via email or in-app.

10. Limitation of Liability
  • No liability for data loss
  • No liability for financial losses due to user error
